Starting January 6, the invitational tournament Pokemon UNITE Asia Champions League 2023 featuring 15 of Asia’s best teams will be held.

Teams will beat each other to secure the lion’s share of the US$86,000 prize pool and claim champion status.

Invitations were issued to teams competing in the Pokemon UNITE World Championship 2022 and the best teams in official regional tournaments.

Here are the 15 participating teams:

The Asia Champions League is divided into two rounds: the regular season and the finals.

During the regular season, the participating teams are divided into three groups based on region – East Asia League, Southeast Asia League and India League.

The top two teams from each league will be invited to the finals which will take place offline in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.



The Pokemon UNITE Asia Champions League starts January 6th

The league officially started on Friday (6/1).

East Asia League matches will be played every Friday at 16.00 WIB, Southeast Asia League every Saturday at 16.00 WIB and India League every Sunday at 18.30 WIB.

Each match will use the latest “Draft Pick” system which was introduced on December 1, 2022.
