Who are the players who are part of the MLBB Philippines SEA Games 2023 national team roster for men and women?

The players who are part of the MLBB Philippines SEA Games 2023 national team roster have now been revealed. BREN Esports and OMEGA Empress, who both succeeded in becoming the best team in the qualifying round, now dominate the list of selected players.

BREN Esports managed to become the best in qualification or selection for the MLBB Philippines men’s national team after successfully conquering ECHO and GameLab in the final phase.

Even though the Philippines MLBB national team roster is actually the result of a combination of the best teams in qualifications such as BREN, ECHO, GameLab, and ONIC PH. But the fact is that only one player from outside BREN was selected, namely Nowee Macasa aka Ryota from ONIC PH.

The following is the roster for the MLBB Philippines men’s national team:

  • Rowgien Unigo (Owgwen), Roamer
  • Marco Requitano (SUPER MARCO), Gold laner
  • Angelo Arcangel (Pheww), Midlaner
  • Michael Sayson (KyleTzy), Jungler
  • David Canon (FlapTzy), EXP laner
  • Nowee Macasa (Ryota), EXP laner
  • Francis Glindro (Ducky), trainer

This of course has to be the decision of Dukey as coach. But it’s still quite surprising, considering that they didn’t bring any players from ECHO who just became world champions in the M4 World Championship.

Apart from that, the coach also has the opportunity to include former BREN Esports jungler who successfully led his team to become the world champion in M2, KarlTzy. However, this opportunity was not taken by Dukey.

Meanwhile for the Philippines MLBB national team for women, more or less the same thing happened. The OMEGA Empress players and coaches who won the qualifiers also dominated the selected roster.

One additional player selected to be part of their roster is former BREN Victress player, Alexandria Dardo or Lexaaa, who currently plays for ZOL Eastcreek.
